My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

Once you have received your wig any issues or queries should be reported to us via email (info@shesmilesvirinhair.com) within 2 days of receiving your unit along with photographic evidence, failure to do so will result in us not being able to assist with your query. Customers querying are responsible for shipping of the wig being sent back to us within 5  days of an agreed return. 

Do not return any item without informing us and providing us with tracking. If done so the return will be rejected.

Can I return an item?

We have a strict no refund policy. All sales are final, so please proceed to purchase with full certainty. All digital products are non-refundable

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges only refunds.

What is the processing time for orders?

Africa: Estimated Delivery 7-10 working days

Europe & UK: Estimated Delivery 3-5 working days 

North America: Estimated Delivery 5-7 working days

Rest of the World: Estimated Delivery 7-10 working days.

What are my delivery options?

All packages will be sent out via DHL Delivery Service Monday to Friday business days ONLY. 

Tracking number is provided for ALL Delivery Services via email once dispatched. Prices will vary dependent on destination and number of products purchased. Deliveries may be delayed during peak seasons. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to be updated once dispatched confirmation has been received.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct as this can't be changed once your order has been shipped.
